Retail Sales Executive
Location: Amman, Jordan

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team at The ABDEEN. Our sales team are product experts, so the ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service and abilities to build strong product knowledge. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with product information and recommendations
* Assist customers in selecting products and guide them through the purchase process
* Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers
* Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed

Requirements:
* Minimum High School Degree, Bachelor Degree is plus
* Good in English language Skills
* Two years of Previous retail sales experience, Experience in home products or baby items is a plus
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and can work under pressure
Female Shop Cashier and Customer Care Representative
Location: Amman, Jordan
Department: Cash
Description: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Female Shop Cashier and Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, processing transactions, and managing the shop's daily operations.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome customers as they enter the shop
* Process sales transactions through POS devices and handle cash and credit card payments
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory
* Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases
* Answer customer inquiries via phone, and in-person
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth shop operations
Requirements:
* Female
* Proven experience as a cashier and customer care representative, with at least [2] years of experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
